At Williamsburg Massage & Lymphatic Therapy, I specialize in customized bodywork, post-op recovery, and lymphatic wellness. Each session is crafted with care, intuition, and deep understanding of the body’s healing system.

I understand that many of my Lymphatic Therapy clients, especially those recovering from surgery, need to be seen more frequently or on a consistent schedule. Because of this I do not list set hours online, my availability may vary week to week in order to best accommodate each client's healing needs.

All sessions are by appointment only. Feel free to call, text, or request an appointment online to find a time that works best for you.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

I charge for the time, not technique or add-ons. Each session includes a brief consultation at the start of the appointment which helps determine the best approach for your goals. Depending on your needs, I may incorporate Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, stretching, hot stones, or aromatherapy. Pressure and technique are adjusted as needed to support tension relief, pain management, postural imbalances and stress reduction.

***Prenatal massage is offered as a separate service for booking and intake form purposes, but the cost is the same as my therapeutic massage.

Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions. $115/$148

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage is designed to support comfort and relaxation during pregnancy. It can help ease muscle tension, reduce swelling, relieve low back and hip discomfort, and promote overall well-being. Sessions are the same rates as my therapeutic massages, with no additional charge for prenatal care.

Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions. $115/$148

LYMPHATIC THERAPY
