Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small, appointment-based practice, late cancellations and no-shows impact our schedule and prevent other clients from receiving care.

To honor everyone’s time:

📌 Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

📌 No-Shows

Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

📌 Card on File

A credit or debit card is required to hold your appointment.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it simply secures your reservation.
Please bring a form of payment to your appointment, as payment is collected at the time of service.

I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible so I can offer the time to another client on the waitlist.
